The speakers were:
Tom Schuller (NIACE) - who discussed the links between human and social capital, and the direction of the Inquiry into the Future of Lifelong Learning’s thinking on how to promote social capital.
Angie Hart (University of Brighton) and Sally Hiscock (Brighton and Hove Community and Voluntary Sector Forum) - reviewing the innovative work of the Community University Partnership Programme at the University of Brighton and suggesting ways forward.
