Inquiry to hold session at NCVO Annual Conference

The Inquiry into the Future of Civil Society has been invited to hold a session at the NCVO Annual Conference, "Civil Society, building trust in uncertain times". The Chair of the Inquiry, Geoff Mulgan, will speak at this session on the opportunities for voluntary and community associations and for wider civil society presented by the current economic crisis.

Futures for civil society  - 'A crisis is a terrible thing to waste'

The session will explore the future of civil society, both in the UK and globally, and consider how we can act together to address the challenges of tomorrow. 

This workshop will reflect on some of the key issues identified by the Carnegie UK Trust’s Inquiry into the Future of Civil Society.
